At APOL Singapore, we want to ensure your workspace comfort is perfect; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 14-day return and exchange policy for all our ergonomic chairs and accessories.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- 2.Condition Assessment
Ensure the product is in its original, unassembled condition and packed in the original box to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
- 3.Schedule Collection
Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a pick-up date from your location; please note that a nominal transportation fee may apply for bulky furniture items.
- 4.Refund Processing
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
